Would you like to join the team which has ownership of Case, Workflow and Document Management solutions? We are looking for a person who wants to become an IBM product expert to join our curious and energetic Digital Processing team within Supporting Systems in Vilnius.
As a Senior Product Developer, your main focus will be on configuring, maintaining and developing application build on IBM Content Manager platform. You will cooperate closely with the business and end users, identifying issues they face and helping resolve them, as well as determining requirements that they want to be implemented. You will work with the platform maintenance team and test analysts in relation to configuration, development, bug fixing, testing, problem prevention and correction activities. The job could also imply a number of business trips outside Lithuania.

To succeed in this role, you should be interested in becoming an expert of IBM Content Management product. From the technical side, your qualification should be at least 2 years of experience in JAVA, Java Script, relational databases, SOAP, JSON, REST, HTML5 and CSS3. You should also have an extensive knowledge of IBM WebSphere (configuration, deployment, security). Additionally, good knowledge of enterprise content management and business process management concepts, as well as understanding of service-oriented architecture is needed.
Experience in Business applications development and maintenance would help you a lot. We also require that you have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, especially when it comes to technical leadership to perform design-related activities.
We consider as a strong advantage your experience with Dojo Toolkit, IBM software: IBM Content Navigator, IBM Case Manager, IBM FileNet, same as experience working with external vendors, service providers and knowledge of ITIL, Agile principles and practices (e.g., Scrum).
