We invite you to join the Management Team as Warehouse Manager at Pon.Bike Lithuania and become a part of the world-leading bicycle family Pon.Bike. You will report directly to the Plant Manager at Pon.Bike Lithuania and be responsible for your team at the Warehouse (~55 FTE), where your main goal will be to efficiently organize the work within the warehouse by managing, storing and picking goods to ensure the supply to Operations.

Your responsibilities
- To achieve the safety, quality, volume and cost goals set for the Warehouse.
- To ensure reliable delivery of goods to the production departments, therefore to monitor the realization of the production plan and processes changes, new developments etc.
- To take the responsibility for stock integrity of both parts and shipping and transport of bicycles.
- To manage the necessary warehouse inventory, the means of transport and the warehouse master data.
- To take care of Health and Safety, as well as technical and organizational issues in the department.
- To implement the company's policies, procedures or changes and ensure people in your department follow them.
- To create and support a pleasant working atmosphere in the department based on Pon’s values.
- To contribute to the personal and professional development of your team, manage performance and create annual training plans.
- To be an ambassador for continuous improvement and lead by example, critically examine the production process in order to structurally optimize it.
- To ensure efficient communication within the department, organize meetings etc.
- Have good knowledge of the principles of managing, coaching and motivating employees, as well as classifying and organizing work for the various functions and groups.
- Have managerial experience of leading Warehouse in a production company and have knowledge of classifying and organizing work for the various functions and groups.
- Have experience in implementing LEAN concepts, methods and techniques to continuously improve the production process.
- From a personality perspective, you like to collaborate with colleagues, have a focus on quality and set high leadership standards for yourself.
- Are able to communicate fluently in English (verbal and written).
- Have a bachelor’s degree in Management, Logistics or similar fields.
- Are a motivated hands-on type person with a hunger for achievements and also like to empower and encourage others.
- Are taking responsibility for the occurring issues in your workload but at the same time update your colleagues and use the power of your team to prevent or solve problems.
