Would you like to work in the international and always changing environment? Be a part of a very active and friendly team? If yes, then this is a role for you. Currently we are looking for an Accountant for Frankfurt Branch in our Payables Accounting Sites Unit at SEB Global Services in Vilnius.
About the position
As an Accountant you will be responsible for daily and monthly tasks related to invoices handling for two Germany legal entities:
- Cost accounts’ and VAT application for invoices;
- Communication with customers (both internal and external);
- Vendors’ information maintenance;
- Month closing/opening procedures;
- Monthly reconciliation and reporting tasks related to invoices handling;
- Monthly accruals process for unaccounted invoices;
- Participation in process changes, improvements and efficiency activities together with other team members.
Your working language will be English and German.
To be successful in this role, we would expect you to have experience in accounting and good spoken and written skills in German and English. As well it is expected that you are attentive to details and accurate while performing tasks. Customer service experience is also very valuable in our team.
