Job description:
To support our current growth, as well as drive our future growth, we are now looking for a strong Chief financial officer.
As a Chief financial officer, you must be able to inspire your colleagues as well as gather and coordinate knowledge and ideas from the rest of the team.
- Leading a team consisting of 6 people in our two companies Balticsofa and BS Classic and manage work in the financial department.
- CFO will be keyholder of the implementation of a new ERP system during 2021 - 2022
- CFO is member of the top-management team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assurance, analysis, control, and performing of accounting.
- Development and implementation of company processes.
- Management consulting.
- Heading the department, division of labour and successful organization of group accounting.
- Contact to banks and insurance companies
- Cash flow analysis, budgeting, execution control, cooperation with auditors.
- Reporting to board and others
- Participation in board meetings, decision making
- Preparation of financial statements
- Management of taxation
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as a financial manager in the manufacturing sector.
- Excellent knowledge of the Lithuanian legal framework.
- Excellent English both written and oral.
- Good working skills in MC Excel program.
- Thoroughness and attention to detail.
- Independence, responsibility, ownership, and result orientation.
