Job description: 
  • Develop, maintain, or implement business continuity and disaster mitigation and recovery strategies and solutions, including risk assessments, business impact analyses, strategy selection and documentation of procedures; 

  • Organize and ensure appropriate and efficient business safety, compliance, risk management and business continuity processes; 

  • Coordinate the activities of the department, form, motivate, develop and lead a team to achieve ambitious goals; 

  • Create and improve the company's internal procedures, regulations as well as instructions related to the company's business resilience and protection of economic interests; 

  • Coordinate the preparation of legal acts (policies, guidelines, etc.) related to the areas of business safety, compliance and business risk management; 

  • Systematize, analyze the company's business safety, compliance and business risk management information (anti-corruption management system, risk assessment results, indicators, business continuity measures plans, business continuity plans testing results, incident register), periodically provide this information to the Company's Board; 

  • Implement anti-corruption preventive measures and anti-corruption management system requirements in the company. 

  • University degree; 

  • Previous experience as a CRO, director or similar leadership role in the field of business/operational safety; 

  • Excellent knowledge of corruption prevention, public and other procurement, compliance, business risk management, physical protection of important facilities, labor, administrative and criminal legislation; 

  • Knowledge of the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania and the EU to be able to properly perform the duties assigned to this position; 

  • Excellent communicator. Confident and capable in company irrespective of function, culture or level of the organization; 

  • Ability to contribute proactively and strategically, as well as the ability to influence peers; 

  • Outstanding logical/analytical thinking and analysis capacities, to deliver facts-based evaluations and decision-making; 

  • Fluency in English.

Monthly Salary: 

4935 – 7405 EUR gross
