Our client - Dokka Fasteners AS is an industrial company with headquarter in Dokka, Norway, and sister companies in Denmark and Lithuania. We have approx. 140 employees, with main production facilities in Norway, a newly established production site in Klaipeda, Lithuania, and sales and distribution center in Denmark. Dokka Fasteners core business is the production and sales/distribution of special bolts for construction purposes. We produce high-quality, critical bolts, mainly for the wind marked, oil and gas industry and within heavy engineering. Dokka Fasteners had a turnover of approx. 40 MEURO in 2020. Dokka Fasteners is part of the Würth Group, a worldwide company with headquarter in Germany. The group had a turnover of approx. 16 billion EUR in 2021 and have more than 80.000 employees.  

Job description: 

Your responsibility is to support and assist our external sales team with administrative task related to their follow up of customers, and also in time be more proactive in direct contact with customers yourselves.

Main areas of responsibilities:

  • The main purpose of the position is to support the sales with administrative tasks so the salesforce will have less administrative tasks and more time to sell
  • Support external sales with creation of quotations to customers on a daily basis, for both existing and new potential customers
  • Responsible for follow up of CRM Dynamics365, and make sure the system is updated and used in an efficient way for the benefit of all

Main tasks:

  • Create quotes to the customers, and follow up the quotations
  • Upload of quoted prices and special agreements into the ERP system (price, MoQ, Lead time, delivery terms, etc.)
  • Upload of customers forecasts and actively working with these demands
  • Along with the Key Account Managers work on the yearly negotiations/agreements
  • Data analysis where you need to extract and process information from systems 
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of customer special agreements
  • Close communication with the KAMs and customers
  • Various ad-hoc tasks that is needed to support sales

Professional skills:

  • Business or high school education.
  • Minimum 2 years of practical experience with order processing in a sales department and/or quotations
  • Customer service experience
  • Knowledge of the products and interest in technical requirements
  • IT experience with ERP and MS Office - Especially Excel
  • Well-formulated in English, both writing and speaking
  • Good understanding of the Nordic languages is a plus, but not mandatory

Monthly Salary: 

1400 - 1800 EUR Gross
