Our client, an international company, expanding Shared Service Center in Vilnius, is offering a vacancy for: Operational Procurement Administrator.
Providing an administrative support to the Purchasing team.
- Requesting price quotations with different suppliers and making a first evaluation
- Handling the administrative purchasing flow in SAP: creating purchase orders; controlling and processing of order confirmations; follow up of orders and delivery times; control of invoices
- Administrative processing of long-term agreements or framework orders in SAP
- Bachelor’s degree/final year student in Accounting/Finance or in related field
- Written and verbal fluency in English
- Ability to analyze and resolve questions and problems independently
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple activities successfully
- Numerate with a good eye for detail, accurate and precise
- Proficient IT skills including Excel and Outlook
- SAP knowledge
- Knowledge of at least one additional Western European language (other than English)
- Experience in customer service or purchasing administration
