As a Safety and Security Manager you are responsible for leading the Security and Safety organization and all related activities. Main responsibility is to plan and manage all safety and security programs.
The mission is to minimize and prevent the company from safety related incidents and property damage.
Individual accountabilities:
- Security and safety staff leadership;
- Plan and organize Safety and Security program trainings for the staff;
- Security and Safety programs development and management;
- Identification of high-risk Safety and Security problems;
- Act as the main point of contact for security and safety issues;
- Fast reaction and response in case of emergency;
- Safety and Security data reports to management and stakeholders;
- Result delivery according to KPIs;
- Security and Safety programs budget management;
- Third-party service providers management.
- Bachelor education degree;
- 3+ years of experience in similar safety and security fields;
- Knowledge of various security systems & safety tools;
- Hands-on experience with security issues on national and worldwide level.
- Experience with HSE practices;
- Experience creating strategic safety initiatives and leading them;
- Manufacturing or production field experience;
- At least C1 level of English
