About the position
Digital Workplace organization is operationally responsible for Global workplace services such as client platforms, remote and e-mail services, printing, application packaging, and hardware services, video conferencing to mention a few. Most of these services are outsourced to sourcing partners and vendors where the unit’s main focus is to ensure that SEB’s employees receive the agreed workplace services.
Your main tasks and responsibilities will be coordination of both daily operational and specific project activities ensuring smooth delivery of Hardware services, including but not limited to PCs, its peripherals, print service, mobile devices, software asset management. Your focus areas will be vendor management, stakeholder management, service improvements, participate in projects, handling customer escalations, service requests to mention a few. You will work closely with our outsourcing partners, vendors and SEB’s Employee IT Support, as well as other internal units and stakeholders.
To succeed in this position, we hope that you have similar job experience, are strong in communication and do have an IT background.
You have the ability to work independently with a strong drive, result-oriented and taking ownership, yet being a strong team-player valuing collaboration and knowledge sharing skills which are necessary while working with stakeholders and vendors. We hope that you have experience in customer IT support and IT Service delivery with outsourcing partners. You are well familiar with ITIL processes. You are proactive and have “Yes we can” attitude! You continuously seek ways to develop your competencies to improve your performance.
We see it as an advantage if you are familiar with vendor management, license management and have knowledge in Microsoft Cloud (Office 365, OneDrive, etc.).

Salary before taxes 2300 - 3400 EUR per month. The exact amount of salary after completion of the recruitment period will be offered to the selected candidate taking into consideration his/her work experience and competencies.
Based on the SEB Remuneration Policy currently effective in Lithuania, in addition to a competitive salary an employee benefits package will be offered.
