Job description:
- Responsibly manage automation, optimization, and system improvement projects.
- Foster and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues by responding to inquiries and providing tailored support on business management systems.
- Analyze and improve business (accounting and operational) processes to ensure efficient and effective performance for both clients and the team.
- Coordinate technical solutions by managing system configurations, proposing and implementing solutions for key technical issues, and collaborating with developers on complex adjustments.
- Handle and address client and colleague inquiries related to the functionality of business management systems, document management, and access issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Continuously develop skills and knowledge to deliver innovative and high-quality services.
Requirements:
- Higher education in economics, finance, accounting, information technology or similar fee.
- 3–5 years of work experience in accounting, financial analysis, or related fields.
- Excellent MS Excel skills and a solid understanding of ERP systems and accounting processes. Knowledge of BSS systems would be an advantage.
- Strong command of the English language and confidence in using it.
- Excellent prioritization skills and ability to meet deadlines.
