Would you like to lead and develop a team of finance professionals responsible for finance deliveries in the area of regulatory reporting to external stakeholders and working in close cooperation with finance teams in different countries and key stakeholders in the bank? If so, we have a great opportunity for you to apply for Unit Manager for Reporting to Countries within External Reporting Department in Group Finance and Procurement Services (GFPS) organization, based in SEB Global Services in Vilnius.
About the position
External Reporting in GFPS today is a group of 40 people focusing on market, statutory and regulatory reporting for SEB Parent Bank and Countries as well as SEB Group, organized under four units. This position will be in charge of unit performing statutory and external regulatory Reporting to Countries, with current team size of 7 people. In our scope we have Finland, Norway, Denmark, UK and Germany, with potentially coming new geographies.
In addition to delivering external financial reports, we are actively taking part in projects and change initiatives related to new requirements and improvement of existing processes. We believe you are passionate about networking, change and improvements. You have a good understanding of the financial reporting and the regulatory framework related to external reporting (including IFRS) and able to take end-to-end perspective and see the big picture. It is a big advantage if you have experience in legal reporting field and good understanding of the regulatory framework, as well as banking business and the relevant reporting systems.
