HR Manager

  • Be THE HR for the department/team which is assigned to you.
  • Work together with the rest of PVcase HR team to deliver strategic HR goals.
  • Drive the improvement, adjustment and update of current HR processes and policies: motivation system, onboarding process, salary system, performance management, etc.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to PVcaser employees on internal people processes and management practices.
  • Be a trusted advisor for resolving sensitive employee relationship issues according to the Labor Code of Lithuania.
  • 5+ years’ experience as an HR professional in an international environment of SaaS and/or engineering with full employee lifecycle management.
  • BA degree in human resources, engineering, business or related discipline.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Lithuanian Labor Law.
  • Proficiency in English language both written & verbal are an absolute must.
  • Strong HR skillset: problem solving, flexibility, ownership mindset, experience in team development and change management.
  • Experience of working with different markets in Europe or overseas would be an advantage.
  • Ability to deliver results with little supervision and effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects.
  • Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.

Service Owner (Finance and HR)

  • Manage relationships with key Finance and HR stakeholders in the business and System Integrator to realise significant value in SAP S/4 HANA R2R and H2R, contributing to the continued success of the BMI Group.
  • Is the subject matter expert in analysing BMI Group’s R2R and H2R business processes and takes ownership for the SAP FICO and HR domains as the R2R/H2R service owner, with good understanding of integration with other related processes such as Procurement, OTC and Logistics.
  • 5+ years’ experience in similar roles, encompassing SDLC within medium to large scale Projects in the Manufacturing (MM/QM) function.
  • 3+ years’ experience in various leadership roles in the planning, design and deployment of SAP’s manufacturing solutions. Involved with 2-3 full life cycle SAP Implementations.
  • Experience with the Buy/Sell and Toller Operating models.
  • Experience with a Hub MDG model approach.
  • Knowledge of overall R2R/ H2R data design, including experience of data management. Able to architect functional solutions covering the end to end integration of SAP R2R/ H2R with other applications.
  • Knowledge/Expertise in configuration and implementation of:
    -SAP FI/CO;
    -Workday;
  • Expertise in the integration of R2R/ H2R with other SAP solutions.
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills with the ability to conceptualise and communicate complex topics in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Must be comfortable working in an extremely fast-paced environment and maintain sensitivity to personnel and corporate concerns.
