• At least 3+ years of experience of leading teams - supporting and developing people;
• Agile project management skills and working practices;
• Experience of providing delivery leadership across delivery teams;
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken word with an ability to successfully engage with clients, managers and stakeholders at all levels within a business;

• Experience working as analyst/ consultant/ project manager with any ERP system (experience working with MS Dynamics AX would be a huge plus);

• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX modules, particularly of Finance;

If you have:

• Experience in integrators and related infrastructure/cloud Service and products technical solution sales 2+ years; 
• Hand-on experience with solutions of public cloud providers – GCP certification/Google Workspace, AWS, etc.; 
• Excellent communication & presentation skills; 
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements; 
• Team-oriented and skilled in working within a collaborative environment 
• Education in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, and Mathematics);

• Extensive professional experience of at least 3 years.
• Experience as IT Auditor.
• Experience in identifying and managing Information Security and IT risks, including risk lifecycle.
• Good command of native speaking language and of written and spoken English.
• Willing to travel.

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or comparable education is required
• 3+ years of programming experience using different programming languages suitable for respective solutions and testing focus is required
• Strong passion for quality and consciousness for user flows and test scenarios
• Solid experience in test automation within existing projects and self-driven implementation of test automation projects from scratch
• Significant hands-on experience in test automation tools usage for UI/API-test automation, integration testing, stress- and load testing
• Good hands-on experience in ATDD, TDD and BDD and data driven testing
• Good hands-on experience in cloud architecture (AWS) and testing applications on cloud infrastructure
• ISTQB or comparable certifications on foundation level or higher are a huge plus
• Work experience in agile teams and/or corporate environments for several years (Scrum, SAFe, XP)
• Experience working with Mac/Linux
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (minimum C1 / C2 desired)
