Our Client – one of the leading HR and recruitment companies in Lithuania.
- Develop, improve and implement recruitment strategies, processes, KPIs, and best practices;
- Analyze the search channels, their efficiency and costs;
- Analyze and improve candidate service experience and client satisfaction during the recruitment process;
- Organize and coordinate the work of the team of 16 people, mentor and train them;
- Develop or ensure effective remote communication and training processes for team members;
- Ensure the implementation of plans and the achievement of the expected results;
- Prioritize and solve ongoing problems;
- Generate ideas or seek new ways for improvement.
- Represent the company in relations with key clients, third parties or public authorities.
- 5+ years of successful management experience (preferably – in recruitment);
- Higher education;
- Good planning, organizational and time management skills;
- Analytical, initiative and result oriented approach;
- Good English language skills;
- Category B driving license.
