• At least 3 years’ experience and proven track record working in export sales, preferably in Western European market;
• Excellent communication in Lithuanian and English (oral and written);
• Other language skills – French, Italian, Spanish or German are a plus;
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills;
• Good PC skills with PowerPoint, Excel proficiency;
• Entrepreneurial, self-started, self‐motivated with strong problem‐solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

• Knowledge of purchasing processes (sourcing, negotiation techniques, contract management, operational procurement);
• Professional education in either/or business administration/ engineering;
• Professional experience in Procurement or related sectors;
• Fluency in English;
• SAP knowledge (MM module) as an advantage;
• Ability to work independently in a structured manner, enjoy working in an international team.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, business management, telecommunications or engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in sales with a solid track record of working with B2B/B2G customers globally (experience in IT, Cybersecurity industries would be a major advantage).
• Experience in international sales to governments and enterprises, for complex solutions.
• Experience in cold calling, LinkedIn lead generation and other remote lead generation techniques.
• Experience in preparing commercial offers and value/price propositions.
• Ability to connect with senior level decision makers and communicate with them efficiently.
• To be self-motivated, goal and result oriented with can-do-attitude, effective planner and executer.
• Fluent in Lithuanian and good knowledge of English.
• Available to travel.
