The Export Director is a key leadership role responsible for developing and implementing the export strategy of the Olvi Group. This position involves developing export business, managing and growing international sales channels, establishing and maintaining relationships with distributors and clients, and ensuring the successful execution of export operations. The Export Director will work closely with CEO-s (Supervisory Board) and Sales Directors (Advisory Board) of the Olvi Group companies to drive business growth, expand market share, and maximize profitability in overseas markets.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, international business, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in FMCG international sales, business development, or export management within the beverage industry.
- Strong knowledge of global markets, import/export regulations, and international trade practices.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing export strategies that resulted in revenue growth and market expansion.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with international partners.
- Ability to lead and motivate a sales team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with supply chain and logistics processes related to exporting goods.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, sales forecasting tools, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of other languages is a plus.
