Our client - ETEX is an international building materials specialist. Headquartered in Belgium since 1905, the family-owned group operates 120 production sites in 42 countries and generates an annual turnover of around 3 billion euro. With the help of more than 13,000 employees, develops and produces a variety of technically and aesthetically superior building materials. These range from cladding and building boards in fiber cement and plaster to roofing materials, high-performance insulation and fire protection systems, and ceramic floor and wall tiles.
- Plan and execute effective digital and other marketing channels campaigns to engage target client audiences, generating valuable leads for the sales team.
- Analyze, evaluate, and monitor campaign activities, measuring performance.
- Gather in-depth knowledge of decision-making clients and market trends to assess campaign effectiveness and identify new opportunities related to service innovations.
- Understand and respond to the market environment, analyzing and proposing brand awareness strategies.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team, providing them with attractive internal communication and addressing their needs.
- Adhere to a budget plan, annually drafting and defending it.
- Always seek added value for clients and other stakeholders, applying "Lean" principles where possible.
- Promote a positive representation of the brand in the market and create a strategy for its positive image.
- Contribute effectively to the development of internal and external communication, brand image strategy, and implementation.
- Build professional relationships with other departments and stakeholders.
- Participate in and represent the company's interests at trade shows related to the company's products and communication.
- Provide suggestions for the improvement of company processes and implement projects for the efficiency of sales, marketing, and communication.
- Share work skills and acquired experience with colleagues, assisting each other.
Job opportunity available in either Vilnius or Naujoji Akmenė.
- University degree in marketing, communication, business management, or administration.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in using websites, digital channels, and analytical skills.
- Understanding of cultural differences in assigned markets – Baltic states and Poland.
- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills.
- Creativity.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent knowledge of the Lithuanian and English languages
- Driver's license would be an advantage.
