You will play an important role in driving B2B sales analysis & data interpretation to support various commercial and sales performance improvement initiatives within European & North American B2B business teams. The role will benchmark commercial performance and operations across BUs sales teams and look for root-cause of high/low results to leverage learning across Business Units and support with value adding recommendations.
Red Bull National Field Sales Manager – will manage a team of Strikers (4 members) and lead them to develop a portfolio of Hypermarkets, Supermarkets, Superettes, Groceries, Gas Stations, Convenience, and Kiosks accounts in a given geographical area through active selling and the implementation of agreed perfect store standards. Also, work closely with Distribution Partner field sales team by evaluating sales results on daily basis & organize trainings.
