Job description:
The company is currently in search of a Senior Wealth Manager who will oversee a team of wealth managers.
Responsibilities:
- Offering financial advice and services.
- Assisting clients in their financial questions.
- Relationship management.
- Explaining complex information.
- Building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them.
- Management of wealth managers' team (hiring, performance management, etc.)
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in financial services.
- Finance brokerage license (BFFA or similar).
- Good sales, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset and ability to understand complex information.
- Understanding of customer relations tactics.
- Proficiency of written and spoken English and Lithuanian.
- Degree in finance, economics, management, or related field (would be considered as an advantage).

Monthly Salary:
3500 - 5500 EUR EUR Gross (the final offer depends on qualifications, competencies, and professional experience).
