• Ongoing or finished studies in finance, mathematics, statistics (or related discipline), optional

• Experience in the field of accounting 2+ years. 
• Good domain knowledge and understanding of areas such as, but not limited to, various processes including Close & Period End Reporting, Balance Sheet Account reconciliations, and General Ledger Accounting.

• Bachelor‘s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics;
•  ~5 years of experience in accounting, incl. the period when dealing with senior responsibilities;
• Knowledge of accounting for finance companies with scope of business in non-bank financial institution is a benefit;
• Knowledge of Legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania regulating accounting and taxes;
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken);
• Proficient computer and MS Excel skills (LOOKUPs; PIVOT; SUMIF etc.);
• Analytical skills and ability to pay attention to details;
• Strong time management skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize the work;
• Responsible, result oriented, having a desire to grow and improve in professional field.
• Experience in the FinTech industry will be considered as an advantage. 

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as finance, accounting, or law.
• Professional certification such as Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in AML/CTF compliance, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Deep knowledge of AML/CTF laws and regulations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
