Job description:
The Identification & Signing department currently consists of 3 teams: one in Vilnius and two in Stockholm. We are forming a new team in Vilnius and looking for new members to join. Our department is in charge of developing and maintaining the services that enable authentication and signing in all digital channels at SEB, as well as issuing digital identification. Our services are vital for our customers and require high availability 24/7.
As a developer in this role, you will work on back-end of our services, participating in the entire development lifecycle. You will be part of an international team and the position demands proactive cooperation across the organization. The job may involve business trips outside Lithuania.
Requirements:
- Have proven experience as a back-end developer or similar role, with expertise in Java.
- Be able to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Have strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Be fluent in English.
Technical skills expected:
- Java 17, JEE, Spring Boot.
- DevOps pipelining (GitHub Actions, GitHub, OpenShift).
- Familiarity with databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
