Our Client - Fabula Rud Pedersen Group, a leading Lithuanian communication services agency, specializes in delivering a broad range of communication disciplines, including digital, creative, integrated, marketing, corporate and public affairs. Established 25 years ago, the agency is acclaimed for its expertise in devising efficient communication through a unified approach. Within the rapidly expanding Rud Pedersen Group, one of Europe's fastest-growing communications networks, Fabula integrates with over 500 professionals across 15 countries. Currently, Fabula are scaling their team in Vilnius and looking for an Online Brand Performance Lead, who could drive the digital ambitions both internally and externally.
Job description:
- Coordinate a digital team of experts of all digital disciplines involved (social, search, display/programmatic and affiliation).
- Develop Digital strategies within the company and grow the department.
- Maintain relationships with internal and external clients, provide recommendations and insights to improve online brand performance.
- Supervise performance marketing and social media campaigns.
- Analyse results alongside the team in order to identify trends, insights and learnings for future campaigns in all channels.
Requirements:
- Have headed or worked in in-house digital or performance departments, media planning or communication agencies for over 1 year.
- Have sold, managed, and planned high-budget online campaigns.
- Have experience in strategic planning and project coordination.
- Have an online mindset, interest and knowledge of how to juggle many digital tools (SEO, SEM, CRO, Google Analytics, you name it).
- Personality: self-driven, result oriented, creative, responsible, self-dependent.

Monthly Salary:
4130 – 5050 EUR gross. Salary will depend on the candidate’s experience.
