Currently, our client is seeking an energetic and result-oriented addition to their Lithuanian sales team:

Job description:

Main duties:

Contact prospective clients (internal T-CRM base) by phone and promote material handling product solutions and services;
Team player, closely work with Field Account Sales and other departments to convert leads in sales;
Manage and report on your sales pipeline in CRM where you owe the full sales cycle from qualification till purchase confirmation;
Achieve project KPIs and sales quota on a monthly and quarterly basis.

Requirements:

Min 2 years B2b sales experience;
Native-level speaker of Lithuanian;
Advanced user knowledge of Windows environment;
Developed negotiation management and strong communication skills (verbal & written) including excellent telephone and presentation skills;
Eager, quick learner with strong teamwork spirit;
Able to perform in a fast-paced, demanding environment.

Monthly Salary:

1700-1800 EUR gross + year  commission (depending on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate).
