Our client – Mediq – the company, which serves healthcare professionals and patients with medical devices, healthcare products, and innovative solutions, is growing in Lithuania. Currently, the company is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join their team in Vilnius. It would be beneficial for this role to read and write in German. In this role, you will be instrumental in launching our HR services from the ground up. You will work semi-independently, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations while maintaining a high level of service quality.
Job description:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to scope HR processes and procedures tailored to our organization's needs.
- Perform operational HR tasks, including but not limited to onboarding/offboarding, compensation & benefits administration, data management, and documentation.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance and clarification on HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee and employer data in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Liaise with the payroll team to facilitate timely and accurate processing of employee compensation, conducting thorough reviews to minimize errors.
- Continuously improve HR processes and knowledge base, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing effective solutions.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in HR operations, preferably in a multinational environment.
- A good command of the English language at a B2 level or above.
- Proficiency in German is preferred (at least B1 level).
- Strong knowledge of MS Office suite, particularly Excel and Word, would be advantageous.
- Proven experience in transitioning or improving HR processes is a plus, with a proactive mindset and ability to navigate uncertainty.

Monthly Salary:
2000 –3000 Eur gross (the final offer depends on qualifications, competencies, and professional experience).
