Our client – Mediq – the company, which serves healthcare professionals and patients with medical devices, healthcare products, and innovative solutions, is growing in Lithuania. Currently, the company is looking for an autonomous and proactive Senior German-Speaking HR Specialist to play a key role in launching our HR services in Vilnius. In this position, you will be responsible for leading the scoping, transitioning, and adaptation of HR processes for our organization. While prior experience in HR operations is preferred, company is open to candidates with a strong operational or service background who demonstrate the right mindset and willingness to shift to HR.
Job description:
- Lead the scoping, transitioning, and adaptation of HR processes for our German organization, ensuring alignment with group HR objectives and compliance with legal requirements.
- Perform operational HR tasks, including onboarding/offboarding, compensation & benefits administration, data management, and documentation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employees and managers, providing expert guidance and advice.
- Manage employee and employer data in HR systems, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure timely and accurate processing of employee compensation, conducting thorough reviews to minimize errors.
- Lead standard process transition workshops in German, effectively communicating with stakeholders to facilitate understanding and adoption of HR policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- At least 2 - 3 years of hands-on experience in operations, service, or HR operations, ideally in a multi-national environment.
- A very good command of the German language at a C1 level or above.
- A good command of the English language at a B2 level or above.
- Prior experience in transitioning or improving processes is a plus, but a proactive mindset and understanding of the potential uncertainty that comes with it is a must.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and drive results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office system would be considered an advantage.

Monthly Salary:
2500 –3500 Eur gross (the final offer depends on qualifications, competencies, and professional experience).
