Job description:
- Visit the different Stages of the project in order to set up the HSE measures previously approved by the department;
- Make sure that the HSE measures are being followed by Site managers, foremans and team leaders;
- Give the instructions to the safety brigades to set up the HSE measures
- Document all the possible deviations regarding HSE on the site and inform the HSE Manager and the Direction of the project about them;
- Assistance to the HSE Manager;
- Prepare letters, inquiries and procedures as needed;
- Teamwork;
- Preparation and submission of documentation related to the health and safety works;
- Risk evaluation, carrying out audits, inspections;
- Incident and accident investigation reports, implementation of prevention;
- Provide leadership and coordination of day-to-day national H&S law requirements;
- Ensure Health and Safety Management systems for all projects are implemented and maintained;
- Determining ways of reducing risk on site.
Requirements:
- 1-2 year experience working in construction/railways/energy/road sector;
- Understanding of health and safety regulations;
- Good computer skills, MS Office;
- Good verbal communication skills;
- Accuracy and Problem solving;
- Risk assessment;
- Analytical thinking;
- Average professional competence in English;
- Russian language is a plus.

Monthly Salary:
2400 – 3000 Eur. gross.
